Pastor Boman Tang was born in Hong Kong. He came to the U.S. for college education. He served in Southern Baptist churches and Berkeley Chinese Baptist Church in Northern California, responsible for local and foreign missions, education and campus ministry for over 30 years. In his secular jobs, Boman was a finance controller in Silicon Valley high-tech companies and a construction company in the Bay Area. God graciously called him to become a full-time minister. In 2015 he graduated in Western Seminary with the degree of Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry. In 2017 God led him to serve in EFCW. He and his wife, Frances, came to the U.S. for college education and have been serving together in churches. In God’s grace, they are blessed with two sons: Aaron and Timothy. Pastor Boman’s hobbies are reading, singing, fishing, biking and playing ping pong.
